Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 15 days of receipt
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable unless faulty:
  • Air Pumps
  • Breathable and PE Groundsheets
  • Camping Equipment that has been used or unsealed

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a returns authorisation and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Ship the item to the address we provide, using a tracked delivery service.
  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timelines and Methods

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
    • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping costs of the replacement item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or incorrect product. We will arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
