Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We pride ourselves on quick dispatch. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our warehouse in Wells, UK.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to get your gear to you:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch. - Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: The above delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, but are unable to deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.
Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We stand firmly behind the quality of our tents and camping equipment. If your purchase isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right. Our process is designed to be as simple as pitching one of our 2-berth tents.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Returned to us within 15 days of you receiving it.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect:
- Air Pumps
- Breathable and PE Groundsheets
- Any Camping Equipment that has been used or removed from its original sealed packaging.
How to Return an Item – A 4-Step Guide
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll email you within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation and the address to send your item to.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals. Ship it to the address provided using a tracked delivery service (we cannot be responsible for untracked returns).
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm the approval of your refund or exchange.
Refunds: Timelines & Methods
After we receive and approve your return:
- Timeline: We will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Visa/MasterCard/JCB: May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: Usually appears within 3-5 business days.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.
What If My Item is Damaged or Incorrect?
We’re sorry if this happened! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement out to you at no extra cost.
