We specialise in a range of camping equipment, including tents (from 1-2 berth to 8-person), camping furniture, barbecues (including Cadac), camp kitchens, air pumps, groundsheets, and accessories. We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or design may occur. If a product you receive does not match its description, please contact us immediately.
3. Ordering & Payment
Placing an Order: By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms. We will send you an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement of your order, not an acceptance. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we dispatch the goods to you.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. Your card will be charged at the time of order placement.
Pricing: All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. In the event of an error, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Estimated delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Delivery Areas: We ship worldwide but are unable to deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing.
Your Responsibility: Upon delivery, please inspect your goods for any visible damage. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied. Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is available on our website and forms part of these terms.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging, and returned within 15 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect: Air Pumps, Breathable and PE Groundsheets, and any camping equipment that has been used or removed from its original sealed packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within the 15-day window for authorisation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. User Obligations & Account (If Applicable)
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website, or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
